Being sick sucks. I've had this stinking cold for the past 4 days and it won't go away. The worst part is I'm not sick enough to have to stay home, just enough that I can go to work with a scratchy throat and runny nose. Ugh.

My favorite holiday of the year is coming up, woo-hoo for St. Patrick's Day! So far I've got a trip to a winery a half hour away in Maryland in the afternoon. Should be fun, tasting wine and eating "Irish" food. Emphasis on the tasting wine of course. A bunch of my friends and I are supposed to be going to Fells point for the night too. I say supposed to be going because I have the feeling that the plans will get changed and we'll end up staying around York. That doesn't really bother me too much. I just have to do something though! There is no way I am staying home Saturday night.

March Madness starts tomorrow and I'll be rooting on my beloved Dukies. I honestly think they have a good chance of going all the way this year, especially if they play the way they did on Sunday against UNC. The big diff this year is that there is no clear cut team that dominated in the NCAA. You can never go wrong with an ACC team but some of the teams in the west, Stanford, USC, UCLA, had some really good seasons. That's the fun of it though, not knowing who's going to come out on top. God I love college basketball season. For any other female baseball fans out there, check out the cover of SI from last week. All I have to say is Nomar and no shirt. Can we say making up for the swimsuit issue? The article was pretty good about him too. There's another good piece in there about a high school basketball coach in Ohio who pretty much draged one of the largest Amish areas of the U.S. outside of Lancaster (say it with me now,(running the whole thing together, Lancaster) into the 20th century.

O.k., so I've got stuff to do before deadline. Have a happy St. Patrick's Day!
