I have decided to return to hockey this Saturday. Last week was a nightmare. I sat at home and went about freaking nuts. After I helped my friend Michele from the good job get moved into her apartment, I fell asleep during the Penn State football game. Later I took Bob his birthday present (old man is 28) then we went out with some of his work buds to a local bar. Not a bad way to end the night.

I'm kind of holding my breath this week. My parents are supposed to be going out to St. Louis to see my cousin Brent and the girl he knocked up ( I still don't know her name). As far as I know they are still going. Dad's not back home like I thought. He cancelled out on the trip they were supposed to take to see a Penn State football game a few weeks ago. Sigh. This whole cycle is starting to get old. No, I take that back, it is old. I don't know why my mom puts up with it, if it were me he would have been kicked to the curb a long time ago.

Bob, Brent and I are going to Williamsburg next week over my birthday. Should be a good time. I have not been there since about the 8th grade. It is so cool though. Only a history major would say that. Really, it is! If you ever get the chance, go and visit. It's only a four hour drive from here so it is easily doable in a weekend for people in the southern part of PA. I'll let you know how the trip was. With Bob and Brent, anything is possible. It is entirely possible that someone may get left behind.
