Happy Fasnacht Day! For those of you who do not live in South Central Pennsylvania I will explain. Because today is the day before Ash Wednesday or Shrove Tuesday, it is a tradition around here to eat Fasnacht's today. A Fasnacht in a nutshell is a lump of dough fried in lard. Basically a doughnut. The tradition comes out of the time when people would use up all of the lard, grease, dough, etc. in their house before Lent. Weird, I know but very yummy.

Finally got my obit story finished last night. As far as I know it ran this morning, I haven't had the chance to look at the paper yet. Found this on MSNBC. Sigh, war is coming people. If only we had a president who was willing to allow for a compromise instead of rushing off to war. Blah. I'll support our troops when this happens but our president is still a goober.

Better get moving. I have tons of work to do today with Evil Empire #1. Have I mentioned how much I hate my job? Oh yeah, about a hundred times a day.
