As you can tell, I'm over that little pity session from last night. Sorry. Sometimes my mind is very strange place to be. You would be shocked at what rolls through my brain during the course of 24 hours. Usually it's some song lyrics from the first thing I heard in the morning. Today it's O-Town...I need to find a new radio station. I wish I could get Virgin Radio on my alarm clock at home. Bloody good music.

I'm ready to take another trip again. A long trip too, not just to Leslie's parent's cabin an hour away. I want to go somewhere on the same scale as the Ireland trip. Sigh. I still want to go back there so badly it hurts. Bob suggested maybe a trip next year. Of course he also suggested a trip to Florida and going along with Elena to Spain in December. Lol, I doubt either of those trips will come through. Well, the Spain one might. Elena is going over for a wedding. I don't think she had it in mind for me to come along too, just her and Bob. Boys are so clueless. I'm too poor for such a trip anyway. I really do need to start thinking about school next year and saving my dinero. So I'll probably just have to settle for a mini trip to Bethany at the end of July. At least I'll get some beach time in.

Imagine that, a Republican in bed with big business (sarcasm people). I'm not naive enough to think it doesn't happen on the other side of the aisle either. I just find it rather humerous that Republicans always rail on and on about taking the moral high road and then something like this comes out. Serves them right. While I'm on the soapbox, I've started checking out the candidates for next year. Howard Dean is interesting. Currently the governor of Vermont he looks to have his act together as far as reaching for the computer generation. Until I stumbled on his website last night I had no idea how much of a web following he has. Interesting. His views are pretty much in line with my own. That doesn't mean I'll vote for him in the Primary next May. Just that I've got my eye on him and his campaign.

Politics are great.
