Interesting weekend. Nothing exciting happened. Unless you count my overspending at Bath & Body Works Friday night. Now that was exciting. Bought a few things to make my life a little more relaxing and treat my tootisies after hockey. My skates have really been doing a number on my feet. With sandal season slowly making its way to our neck of the woods, it would be a good idea to make my feet look presentable. I had orginally intended on going phone shopping. Ha. The AT&T store was packed with people and one of the other places I stopped was just as busy. I just picked up some brochures and walked out. Maybe some other time. My church had its strawberry festival Saturday. I took home four quarts of berries. I love those things. I don't know if it's the sweetness melting in your mouth or if it's the bright red color that does it for me. Either way, strawberries are the best fruit ever.

Summer is so great for fruit. I bought some blueberries and peaches at the grocery store Saturday morning. Mmmmm...peaches....mmmm....blueberries. Nothing beats the fruit selection of the next three months. Then it's back to apples and oranges. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Still have not found anything for my dad for Father's day. Bob doesn't think I should get him anything. It's sweet really how Bob always sticks on my side. Well, almost always. We've had some pretty good "discussions" regarding numerous topics. Usually they end up with me getting all pissy and going home. Must remember to do something about the temper.

Found this nifty little blog. Even though I don't know the people the pictures are just amazing. Check it out. I'm interested to see how this modern family does moving to an island with little of the conveniences of home. Modern day Robinson Curuso's.

Better get moving. My story is finished and in but I need to type in results from the street rod nationals held here this week. Woo-Hoo. Can this job get anymore exciting (note the sarcasm people)?

Buenos noches.
