Very busy day. As expected my inbox was sky high. Why these people can't function around here when I am not in is beyond me. It's like "Hey, we really don't know what we're doing. Let's wait for Agategoddess to come back and take care of it!" don't I feel needed? In a way the business is good for me. My day has gone a lot faster than usual and I've been too busy running around trying to get stuff done to think about snacking on anything bad.

Wasn't so busy that I didn't get my run in over lunch. Got to test my new running shoes. Very cushy. Now that I'm running more I can tell the difference when old sneakers start to get worn out. My last pair were losing their supportive qualities. The last month or so my knees were talking to me. Picked up this pair at the outlet store over the weekend. Although they are still blindingly white, I love them and will wear them until they die. Who knew I would ever get this into running? Lol, somewhere my old gym teachers are rolling over in their graves.

The family is at it again. Long story short, my mom called this afternoon. My sister was all upset because 1) she had to leave her fiance today and 2) she tried to talk to my dad about it and he supposedly "yelled" at her. Sigh. Calls were placed to my sister and father. As suspected my sister flew off the handle at something my father said and he had put a tone in his voice that shouldn't have been there. Again I ask, why do I have to be the only sane one in my family? I guess everything is all right again. My sister will mope around for the next couple of days like she always does and my dad will get all defensive but that isn't anything new. Sigh.
