While I have a moment or two, I'd like to go off on a few subjects that have been bothering me lately:

1. Valentine's Day. God, do I HATE this day. Not just because I'm all bitter about not having a reason to celebrate it either. Why do we have to have just one day out of the year where we tell each other that 4 letter word that start's with L. Isn't that something we should say everyday? Especially if you're lucky enough to have someone to say it to. So, I will not even be recognizing the existance of next Wednesday. I will sit in a chair in my new apartment, watch my shows, and drink myself silly instead. Not unlike how I plan on spending my St. Patrick's Day.

2. Soccer. For the last time it's a legit sport that deserves some recognition. I'm tired of a wonderful sport that requires speed and quick thinking, being put down like it's the Cinderella of the sports world. Just because the U.S. isn't the best at it, it isn't considered a "real" sport in this country. Everyone else in the world watches it and participates in it. Why can't we?!

3. This is a good rant. Just picked up a new CD by David Gray called "White Ladder". I totally recomend (o.k., so I can't spell) it. This guy is amazing. He is a wonderful writer both musically and lyrically.

That's all for now. Just a few things I had to get off my chest (get you're mind out of the gutter Dave).

Peace out.
