O.k., so Saint Patrick's day was good. The winery, Wood Hall Winery in Parkton, Md was great, we paid $10 and got 4 bottles of wine and one trip to the food. On the food table there was actually some authentic Irish vittles, a little bit of lamb stew, some corn beef and cabage (although ours was wrapped in Fylo with goat cheese), and for dessert a Bailey's Irish Cream Mousse thing in a little pie crust with whipped cream. Was very yummy. I think I might try to test my skills in the kitchen and recreate the corn beef and cabage thing.

Things are getting a little more hectic with school and work. I'm trying to work on a group project for class, write my girls soccer preview, and maintain my sanity at Job #1 while training the new person. Good Lord do I need a vacation.

I'm sitting here watching Penn State go down in a blaze of glory in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament and I can't help be a little happy about that. The bastards totally screwed up my brackets. Had they lost in the first round like they were supposed to, I would now have 4 of my Final 4 teams still in the running, and be on top of the office pool. But no, freaking Penn State had to make it all the way to the Sweet 16. Story of my life.

Not much else is going on. I have a trip to Annapolis to see my good friend Tracy tomorrow, was supposed to be a whole group of us but everyone is backing out so it's just going to be Lyzz and I now. Oh well, we'll go down, have a good dinner at the Ramshead, maybe pick up a Naval Academy boy or 2 (I love men in uniform)...hmmm, could get interesting.

All right, I've got to run. Happy Saturday.
