I am such a sucker for astrology, horoscopes and the like. Was playing around a little bit and found this nifty little site. Does this sound like me? I do agree with some parts, but not all. Let me know what you think.

The first of my high school friends is about to have her first child. It's kind of weirding me out. We're too young for this! O.k., maybe not, but it feels that way. Erin sent me an email yesterday to tell me we may not be able to get together like we had planned because she started having labor pains on Thursday. The hospital sent her home twice and told her to come back when the pain got worse. Ugh. I remember what my kidney stones felt like. Not pleasant and I have always heard that pain is the closest you can get to childbirth without giving birth. If that is the case, it's going to be a damn long time before I have children. It is a pain you never want to have. Trust me.

So my friend Chris did it. He quit his nice cushy job at the Times. While one part of me is wanting to smack him upside the head and say what the hell are you thinking, another side of me sees where he's coming from. No matter where you work, if you are not happy then there is no point in you continuing to put yourself through the torture of going to your place of employment everyday. That is definitely something I can relate to. It has only been with in the last year or so that I've really wanted to get out of this place. Hopefully something will happen with the last round of resumes I sent out.

Here's a little something to make you laugh. Girls, you'll probably find this a little more amusing than the guys. If you speak slowly and use small words, I'm sure you can explain it to them.

Adios.
