Damn Canadians (sorry Peg). Talk to me when your hockey teams don't suck and you live in a real country. Because lets face it, who is scared of Canada? No one. Exactly.
I was informed last night I am on death watch for Sunday at job #2. Sounds very morbid and trust me, it is. What this entails is beside me writing my usual obituary story I am also keeping an eye on what is going on in Iraq. If anything happens to U.S. troops (like the helicopter crash) and we find a connection to York (there almost always is), I will be put on a story right away for Monday's paper. Fun. Luckily Michelle will be there working on it too so it won't be too bad. Um, never mind. Yes it will.
By the way did I mention Marti is gone for the whole weekend! Woo-Hoo! I love having my alone time. Tomorrow will be all me, no Marti, No Bob (he's working and besides, he's been a grump lately). Just little old me, all by myself, doing whatever the heck I want to.
Ahhh, life is good.
