Woo-Hoo! The week is over and I will be free to go back to my normal routine on Monday morning. Jill will return from her vacation and all will be right with the world. Ahhhh. Celebrated my happiness today by getting my hair cut. Sorry, "styled" over my lunch hour. I was getting sick of the long hair and not knowing what to do with it (usually up in a pony tail). So it's gone. Hits just below my ears and I love it.

Last night I went to a Tasteful Treasures party. These parties are freaking hilarious. I have actually been to a number of them. The right mix of people and it is a very good time. Only drawback is you get all hot and bothered which is fine if you have a significant other. You can go home and take all of your frustration out on them. However, it's just not nice to get a single girl all beside herself then send her home alone!

Tomorrow night I will be getting some extra ice time in. One of my team mates, Kim, invited Jonda and I to play with her husband's C League team at Twin Ponds. I'm excited just to get some playing time in. That's what has me all upset about the team folding. I just want to play. I don't care if I'm on the last defensive line as long as I get some ice time that is all that matters. When I first started playing I never knew hockey could be so addictive. Nothing better than skating and slamming into people.

I've been thinking a lot about Ireland again. The other night I pulled out my journal from those wonderful four days I was there and relived the trip. Sigh. I want to go back in the worst way. Normally when I travel I get a little anxious about where I'm going and finding my way around, finding things to do, meeting people, etc. It was the exact opposite in Ireland, almost like I was a different person. I am thinking I will make my birthday trip in two years (the big 30) a long trip back to the Emerald Isle. Maybe 2 weeks or more. There is so much I did not get to see it's killing me!

Oh, hey, wait. It can't be that hard to find a job there, can it?

Hmm...the wheels are spining so fast right now I could be a fan.
