I was not going to post today but two things have prompted me to write.

First is the fact that my blood test results came back today. Yes folks, it's official, I am anemic. What this means is that I need to keep taking the iron pills (blah) on a daily basis and when my perscription runs out in three months go back for more testing. Woo-hoo. I would now like to extend a sincere thank you to my father's side of the family for the crappy genes. If I go out of my gourd around the time I turn 50, you all have my permission to send me away somewhere and throw away the key. God forbid I turn into my father.

Second, let me just tell you how difficult it is to get to I-81 from where I live. There is no direct route that makes sense to get to the south bound portion of this interstate. It's going to be the hardest part of my trip tonight. Blah. Poop on whichever idiot planned the roads in South Central PA.

On the upside I've lost 3.5lbs since last week. Go me! Only 15 more to go before my reunion in November.
