Deliciously tired.

I've read the phrase before. Heard it spoken, but never really knew what it meant. Couldn't identify with it.

Until today. Today I am deliciously tired. After a night of wine drinking. After being cooked a superb meal at 10:30 p.m. After enjoying his company then taking him home in time for four hours of much needed sleep.

I am deliciously tired...and it feels soooo good.
