Weathermen are LIARS!

"Just a few flurries today."

"Scattered snow showers."

"Only going to see a few flakes today folks."

All three of those phrases were uttered today by various local news outlets. Oh we had flurries all right. About 1-2" of flurries.

I even live with one and his reply when asked about the weather?

"I don't know, I thought we were only going to have flurries too."

As of when I got home from work about 40 minutes ago, it was still snowing. Ah well, it is Pennsyltucky in the winter. Should be gone by Saturday when we go out to celebrate the wonderful Lyzz's birthday.

Beer, shots and old friends from the previous job. Can't think of a better way to spend a Saturday night.
