Fun times and a big ball

Well kids, today I'm off to the greater Allentown/Bethlehem area for friend Erin's housewarming party. I'm so excited to see her and her husband as well as their son, whom I affectionately refer to as "The Little Big Guy", Addyson. Auntie Wenny is coming fully loaded with presents perfect for a two and a half year old to have fun in the sun. My personal favorite? A giant playground ball.

Oh yeah. We'll be breaking that sucker in tonight.

There are presents for mom an dad too. A nifty little basket found at Target with a bottle of margarita mix and some new margarita glasses. My mom always says don't show up empty handed when you visit a new house for the first time.

Tonight there will be much merriment as we cook out, chill out and drink out. When we're done at Erin's, Deb and I are spending the night at friend Brent's. He just returned from Kenya Wednesday and is full of lots of stories. And questions. We spoke briefly Thursday but the poor guy was so jet lagged he just babbled on about nothing in particular.

A good weekend with old friends...doesn't get much better than that.

Oh and by the way, happy belated birthday Chad! Like the slacker I am, I have your card, I just haven't mailed it. Duh. Hope you enjoyed your day yesterday and we'll party it up soon to truly celebrate in the style we usually do. Drunk.
