Newness

There's been a lot of NEW in my life in the last week. New job, new town, new apartment and most importantly new niece. Zoie Lynn Barnhart, all 6lbs 9oz of her came into the world Monday, September 21st. This time around Little Sis didn't go through the 27 hours of labor or need three epidurals. She had scheduled a c-section way ahead of time so there was not question about what was going to happen. The last unknown variable on the day was whether my brother in law would make it home in time for the birth of his 2nd daughter. Thanks to a call placed to the local Congressman's office, James was home last Thursday.
