Good lord, what a day. The phones at job #1 have not stopped ringing. I offered our telephone guy $200 bucks to pull some wires for a few hours but he wasn't into it. Party pooper. Rained for most of the day with a few thunderstorms this morning. I love a good strom as much as anyone but the whole time I kept thinking, great, I think I left my bedroom window open at home. Probably have a soaked bed. Ugh. We're supposed to have more of the same the rest of the week. Fun. I'm in the mood to play some tennis. With the French Open in full swing I want to get out onto the court and smack some balls around...get your minds out of the gutter. I'm not a big tennis fan per say but when the major events are going on, it makes me want to get my racket out. Besides it's some good exercise even if I am not all that good at it.

A legend in hockey is retiring. Quite possibley the most exciting goalie ever. I was lucky enough to see Patrick Roy play in Hershey once against the Pittsburgh. Even though it wasn't a game that counted he played like it was game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals and the Av's had everything on the line. God only knows what's going to happen to my team now. They'll never find a goalie like that again.

Speaking of legends, a former Beatle is going to be a daddy again. Sir Paul and wife Heather Mills-McCartney are expecting. Sounds funny, huh? He's in his 60's with three grown children already. This is her first. How weird must that be for his other children?! I can't even imagine having a younger sibling right now. Too weird.
