My computer is throwing a hissy fit today. It keeps kicking me off of my radio station and is acting very sluggish. Like I am before my cup of coffee in the morning.
I am still working on weening myself off the ground goodness. I've stopped using my West Wing mug and started using the tiny 8oz styrofoam jobbies. Not exactly good for the enviornment, but it's helping me to slow down my coffee habit so I'l take that. Food wise today is going pretty well. My only slip up so far was the pumpernickel (love that stuff) bagel with veggie cream cheese I had on the way to work this morning. Beside that I'm doing fine. Had a couple of frozen grapes, or tiny orbs of goodness as I prefer to call them and an apple to hold me over until I have lunch, which won't happen until close to 2 since I need to drop my car off for some routine maintenance and a brake check. Hopefully I'll be able to get it right away after work tonight and won't have to miss our workout session before hockey. Something tells me I may have to wait.
Guess I'll have another quiet weekend to myself coming up. Room mate Marti is going on another PSEA adventure and Bob is working all weekend. Having the apartment to myself will be good because then I can get some cleaning done without bumping into anyone. Bob working is good because then I can try to think about what in the heck I want to say. Sigh. The words are right there in my head, right on the tip of my tounge, I just can't get them out. Bugger.
Can you say back pedal boys and girls? Darn skippy Vijay Singh should apologize for what he said. Those golf idiots are just afraid Annika Sorenstam is going to kick their butts. She probably will, which is the great part about it. It's called equality boys, get used to it. On the same note, if a man wants to play in the LPGA then I say go for it. He just needs to be prepared to be called a sissy mary the rest of his life.
