Instead of working on my high school football preview tonight like I was supposed to, I played around on the internet and stumbled across this gem. I joined hoping I can find movtivation again to lose the weight I put back on and be healthier in the bargain. My eating habits have improved over the years, but lately I've been slipping. A lot. So I'm off to prove to myself and others I can drop the poundage again. Hopefully for good this time.
