This is why I love sports so much. The human element. The fact that one day after losing his father Brett Favre played the game of his life last night. His teammates rallied around him to help him have an amazing night on the football field. That's what it's all about. Not gooberheads like Joe Namath (nothing like being hit on by a drunken old sports legend while you're trying to do your job) or Bobby Knight (ESPN Radio has been playing his profanity laced answer to Fran Frascilla's question all morning.).
It may also be about the very nicely toned men on the field, but the jury is still out on that.
