"BETTER GO GET MORE MILK AND BREAD MARTHA, THERE'S A STORM A'COMIN!"

I'm not sure what it is about snow storms that sends people into a panic in this part of Pennsyltucky, but mention the "s" word even once and there's a run on bread, milk and toilet paper like it's the end of the world and we won't be able to dig out for a month.

Jeez.

We're scheduled for 10-14" starting tomorrow night and I am happy about it. Substantial amounts of snow means shovelling and snowball fights while we're at it. Sledding on the big hill behind the high school. Lots of layers and red, rosy cheeks after hours of making snow angels and running around like a nine year old.

I love it.

Absolutely love it and it usually takes a nice snowy winter day like the anticipated one tomorrow to make me appreciate living in this god forsaken state.

If I don't get back to the blog in a few days it's because I'm out playing in the snow and acting like the little kid I am.
