Big boobed hotties only in left field, please.

Room mate #1 and I took advantage of his Orioles season tickets last night and decided to head down to Camden Yards to catch the game against the Tigers.

We left with plenty of time to spare, so we caught dinner in Inner Harbor and arrived at Eutaw Street sometime around 6 p.m. Just in time for the Tigers batting practice. The seats are in left field, in prime ball catching area, six rows up from the wall. Perfect.

As we were settling in, conversing and being generally goofy Room mate #1 looks at me and says "He's checking you out!"

Being the kind of girl who doesn't get checked out too often (at least I don't notice it if it does happen) I was like "Yeah right. There's probably some supermodel type sitting behind us."

I turned around and looked.

Nope. Just two guys in Orioles jersey's right behind us and a large group of people in organge t-shirts hanging around the box level. That's it.

Then I caught him do it. The player that is. I'm not sure who it was, definitely not one of their main guys as he was out in left field catching BP, but we made direct eye contact. Or should I say his eyes made direct contact with my boobs.

He quickly looked away when he caught my eye but I saw him do it again. About five more times.

Whatever, I'll take what I can get. Talk about your ego boost.

Soon Mr. Detroit was heading off to the dugout, but not before Room mate #1 decided to yell out my phone number. Presumabley he chilled on the bench, so to speak, for the rest of the game. Not like it was much of a game. The Birds were smashed 13-3. We left in the 6th inning. It was too painful to watch.

What I want to know is, and guys, help me here, what is so special about these things? I mean, really, they get in the way. I have numerous food stains from spillages catching there. I've been known to knock over things in the alley at work with them. And I can't tell you how freaking annoying it is to only lose weight in one place. Grrr. Joelle touched on the subject a few days ago. And we both agree, they really are more trouble than they're worth.

But I guess I'm stuck with them. For the time being, I'll keep the girls just as they are. They do tend to attract the most interesting people.
